One of the services we offer is collecting the linen from your home address. This is a chance for you to save the time that you would otherwise have spent in traffic. Our drivers shall be at your address soon after your call and free you from extra work.
washing
For washing and drying we use semi-professional machines of MIELE brand, globally recognized for their good quality. Apart from the option to select a number of revs per minute for a tumble drier depending on the fabric, these machines are faster and they wash better than your machines at home. Also, the quantity of linen that fits into them is almost twice as big. Thus, by a simple calculation we can conclude that linen washing at our laundry is more economical and superior to washing at home.
Of course, it is impossible to determine the exact quantity of linen that fits in a certain type of machine. It depends on different factors like structure of linen (fabrics), colors and dirtiness. Many people do not know that very dirty linen is not washed in a full machine as it needs space to be washed. In any case, a special attention is paid to linen separation by the type of fabric, color or size. With the colored house linen, we are exclusively guided by the tag attached to each item of clothing.
The choice of detergent is yours. If you decide on our classic offer, your linen shall be washed by Ariel and Lenor (mostly blue). Of course, we fulfill your wishes, so it is up to you to decide on detergent or softener that you want, at the same price, of course. Table cloths, over-clothes, napkins and other things used in restaurants are optionally starched as well as any piece of linen for physical entities.
In our job we come across a great number of different stains. This is why we are equipped by special chemical products, stain removers, which do not damage fabric. This is particularly the case with restaurants and private health clinics that require high quality of service. We shall stop with explanations here as each master has his own little secret. We are only going to give you a hint: the chemicals we use for cleaning come from the most developed European countries as well as the USA. Our experience has proved that there are no stains which can resist our treatment. Try us and get convinced.
Nevertheless, we have to put a little barrier here. Many people expect that the stains that are old and multiply ironed can be removed by certain treatments. It is simple to explain why it is impossible. The washing machines wash at 95°C max, and some irons operate at over 200°C! The stain that has had such a thermal treatment is impossible to remove even with the latest chemicals that we use.
drying
The linen is dried in professional driers by precisely selected drying temperature and time. It depends on the kind of linen and final treatment. This means that the linen for ironing is not completely dried as the linen which is not meant for ironing. Of course, like with washing we are guided by attached tags and pay strict attention not to damage the linen by inadequate drying.
ironing
Ironing is performed by the latest professional steam generators (irons) and semi-professional rollers operated by trained workers. The ironed fabrics pass a multiple quality control, and cannot leave our laundry with a slightest fault. This is the only way for us to meet the expectations of our appreciated clients who require only the top quality of service.
packing
Last but not least comes the packing. The importance of good packing does not call for any special explanation. Let us just say that in the course of packing quality control is performed one more time. Furthermore, a good packing protects linen from external influences in transport.
